Frucht Kitchen is a creative culinary studio. I bake, I cook, I cater and I host. The culinary services I offer range from single cakes to preparing entire wedding buffets; from pivate chefing to taking culinary care on your retreat; from cooking at your home and spicing up your dinner party to travelling for festive occasions to places all over Europe; from designing only the culinary part of your event to curating the whole thing.
Frucht Kitchen stands for food but also for an atmosphere: it means blurring the lines between food and design, creating moments of social connection and culinary experience. It’s never about eating only. It’s about the feeling it creates, about the story it tells or the moment it reminds you of. Frucht Kitchen invites you to share the practice of honest, pure and beautiful eating.
My work is defined by simplicity and intuition. Everything served at Frucht Kitchen is homemade, with a focus on seasonal dishes that use minimal additives. Menus can be customized to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies. Frucht Kitchen is available for bookings, private events, orders, and collaborations.
BAKING
Baking, to me, is about finding the perfect balance between contrasting consistencies as well as complementary flavours and textures. I like cakes that are not too sweet and not too heavy. I like to put creamy toppings on crunchy tart bases. I like to see and taste the naturally sweet juice of stone fruits building a soft layer between the rich tenderness of the fruits themselves, caramelizing on their tops, and an almost salty crust down under. I bake cakes, pies, tarts, galettes, wedding cakes as well as airy brioches, soft scandinavian cardamom buns, focaccias with varying toppings. Baking, to me, also means always resonating with what the season is offering.
COOKING
In my work, cooking is a process of connecting my intuition with the specific parameters of the occasion. Every event is unique, shaped by various factors: the hosts and guests, the place and setting, the time of year, the time of day, and the quality of light. Emotions.
To me, cooking means considering all of these elements. In close collaboration with my clients, I develop a menu that feels personal. I cook for yoga retreats, private and corporate events, or at your home contributing to your intimate gatherings.
Orders can also be delivered as a catering.
CATERING
Are you looking for a customized menu for your wedding, corporate event, birthday party, or your child's school celebration? Frucht Kitchen offers both classic and conceptual catering to enrich your event with freshly prepared, delightful food.
The menu can include a selection of finger foods, plated meals, or buffets. Just as I bake and cook, I also take care of your specific culinary needs for the event. Catering can involve delivery only, or I can stay to oversee the buffet during the event. Additional staff for serving can also be arranged.
HOSTING
Hosting brings together all aspects of baking, cooking, and catering, spiced up by my interpretation of a vibrant, comforting, and aesthetically outstanding setup that I co-create with friends and partners. As a team of textile and interior designers, architects, light and sound artists, restauranteurs, florists, and carpenters, we transform your chosen location into a spatial and atmospheric experience that will stay.
